Nawabi bread of Nawabganj.

The famous food of Chapainawabganj is Kalai Ruti & Begun Bharta. I have been staying in Shibganj upazila of Chapainawabganj for some days. I am completing the catering in the hotels here. I have seen Khula Pailla of this Kalai Roti in every food hotel. All hotels have this Kalai Roti, eggplant 🍆 bharta & chili 🌶️ bharta for breakfast. And people here use this food as breakfast and dinner.

Ingredients for making this bread: 

• wheat flour 
• Maskalai flour

This roti is made by hand pressing wheat flour and maskalai flour mixed together.

I found that the restaurant I dined at is not included in Google Maps. I located the restaurant on the map and wrote a review. 

The price of bread is only 30 taka.

Since then I have added several small businesses in the vicinity to Google Maps.

I have added some mosques and private hospitals.

The millet roti and Baigan Bharta are my favorite @KhokonSharker though we usually make it at home, and this is not normally available in restaurants out here in Pune.

@Tushar_Suradkar This food is never available in our Dhaka. But this is available in all restaurants in Chapainawabganj. I now have it for breakfast and dinner every day. It is a really nutritious and delicious food. I am more than happy to know that this dish is also popular in your country.

ধন্যবাদ @Aslam_hossain ভাইয়া।  আমি গতকাল ধনিয়াপাতা দিয়েও এই রুটি খেয়েছি খুব ভালো লাগে। তবে সেই চাটনিতে কেন জানি লবণ বেশি দেয়। এটা সত্যিই পুষ্টিকর একটি খাবার। আমি আরো একটা স্পেশাল খাবার খাই প্রতিদিন এটা আপনাদের চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জের বিখ্যাত আরেকটি খাবার। এটা নিয়ে আমি আবার কানেক্টে লিখবো। এটার স্বাদ মিষ্টি। অনুমান করতে পারেন সেটা কি হতে পারে 😊।
