Safina Park was built on a private initiative in 2012 on an area of about 40 bighas in Bigram under Mahanpur Union of Rajshahi's Godagari Upazila. The distance from Godagari to Safina Park is about 9 km. This entertainment center, the only one in the upazila, was reopened in 2018 after being closed for almost 2 years. Safina Park with its new recreational facilities has now gained popularity as an entertainment and picnic spot for visitors of all ages.

Surrounded by a variety of flowers, fruits and medicinal plants, the park has beautiful fountains and interesting sculptures of various animals and birds created artificially. For the entertainment of children, there is a carousel, swing, train, 3D cinema and kids sports zone. Visitors can take a boat ride on the two lakes within the park if they wish. Fishing is available in the lake subject to permission. Safina Park has 2 picnic spots, conference room and stage to host any event. Besides, a market has been constructed inside the park to facilitate the shopping of the visiting visitors.

Entry and Timings: Safina Pak is open daily from 8 am to 6 pm and tickets are charged at Tk 20 per person.
How to go:-
If you want to go to Safina Park, you have to come to Rajshahi first. Rajshahi can be reached from Dhaka by road, rail and air. Rajshahi can be reached from Dhaka by road, rail and air. Rajshahi can be reached by AC or non AC buses like Shyamoli, Hanif, Bablu Enterprise, Greenline and Desh Travels from Dhaka's Gabtali, Abdullahpur and Kalyanpur. The bus fare will be 600 to 1200 taka per person.
By train from Kamalapur railway station you can go to Rajshahi by Silk City, Dhumketu, Banalta or Padma Express. The price of the train ticket per person varies from Tk 340 to Tk 1223 depending on the class. Apart from that, you can go to Rajshahi by taking Biman Bangladesh Airlines, US Bangla Airlines and NovoAir flights from Dhaka's Shahjalal International Airport. From Rajshahi city, one can reach Safina Park which is about 9 km from the zero point of Godagari by local transport such as bus, CNG or autorickshaw.

There are catering facilities inside the park. In addition, there are several standard food hotels in Godagari, including Timur, Bismillah, food house. And in the restaurants of Rajshahi city, there are several high-quality food hotels including fast food, Chinese.
Other Places to Visit:
On the way from Daingpara Mar to Safina Park, don't miss the opportunity to sit and enjoy the view of the sunset on the banks of the Padma River at Thana Mar with greenery on both sides of the road. Barendra Research Museum, Bagha Mosque, Shishu Park, Puthia Rajbari are among the other places to visit in Rajshahi. And the zoo is one of them.
