Reporting Crash option in MY LOCATION

Hi friends,

It is great to have Crash option in google map, which will help to save many lives. 

Presently reporting Crash option is available only when the direction option is on and selected start direction.  However, the issue is, if I found a crash in my routine route I can't give a crash report until I open a direction option and select start button and then locate my place and give the report. Same way for the road report. So if we have the option of a reporting a road crash in the following menu will be of great help. 

Crash

Example: From my workplace, I am going home, without using the direction option, because it's my regular route and I am very familiar with the direction. On the way I found a crash, I want to report quickly but I find it very difficult and complicated. Because in order to report the crash, I need to select a direction from my location and then find the report crash option.  

But in case if there is a crash option added in the above menu, it is very easy to report. Just I need to press my location, a new window will show like above and I can report quickly.

I would like to see security alert when you travelling in more dense or less traffic place, or when there was accident has or had happen at the same location. This will help travelers to be secure and safe.

@JohnPeter Is this the same as I found in this Gadget that says

"that the new feature is only visible once you start the navigation on Google Maps"
