Tagging List of Googler & Moderators

Hi friends,

We often tag googlers and connect moderators for getting help and guidance for various reasons. Most of the time we know only a few moderators / Googlers or they are our favorite moderators / Googlers.  

Also, I am well aware that all our post and ideas are checked by our few moderators / Googlers and taking the necessary action. And tagging multiple googlers or moderators are "Spamming behavior" (the term coined by our beloved @PaulPavlinovich )

Here my point is, if we have a specific tagging list of Googlers and moderators, for specific reason will be easy to forward the issue or concern to the right person.

Hi @JohnPeter no one moderator (Googler or volunteer) has a specific job - we keep an eye out for everything. I've often thought it might be handy to know which of us are online.

I tend to think that perhaps a feature like "report inappropriate content" that goes into a queue something like "I need help" would be really handy and much better than tagging a particular person as we could all look at that.

Hi @JohnPeter this would be a great idea to implement, but as @PaulPavlinovich mentioned, we are all human beings and we are sometimes busy with our family things or work, this might make it impossible for other local guides to get feedback. For moderators to keep an eye on this platform selectively might delay responses if the questions goes into a queue. What I might suggest is to be given conditions as when you can tag a moderator because sometimes you feel that you need to be attended quickly, you can sometimes get response after three days from a moderator, that is what happened to me normally, I only get feedback from other local guides, and they are the one's who end up suggest that I tag a moderator. We do have those conditions where by we just need them to respond not someone else.

Hi @Raphael-Mahumane if the request went into a queue then whatever moderators were online (Googler or Connect Moderator) could pull help requests from the queue. They would all be attended quickly then. As an example, I am mostly on during weekends and early in the week. If someone tagged me on Wednesday I might not see it until the next time I was on on Sunday. If it went into a common queue then any moderator could help in the mean time.
